Education Qualification

Salary and Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary as per the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale. The Manager (Group-A, E-3 Level) post offers a pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, while the Junior Executive (Group-B, E-1 Level) post offers ₹40,000–₹1,40,000. In addition to the basic pay, employees will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Perks (35% of Basic Pay), CPF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, Social Security Schemes, and other allowances as per AAI rules. The approximate annual CTC is ₹21 lakh for Managers and ₹14 lakh for Junior Executives.
